Lawrence T. Ullmann
My name is Lawrence Ullmann. I practice as Lawrence T. Ullmann, Attorney At Law. I am experienced in tax law and estate planning, and personally represent individuals, business entities, estates, and trusts, throughout the Bay Area, and the nation. I can help you solve your tax, estate planning, and related real estate matters efficiently and cost-effectively.
A Unique Background In Tax Law
Based on my experience and qualifications, I am uniquely qualified to help you with a tax controversy, IRS audit, Tax Court litigation, criminal tax matter, or related matter. I worked for the IRS for 17 years as a Revenue Agent and an Appeals Officer. I know how IRS agents and Revenue Officers think, and how IRS procedures work. I am certified as a Specialist in Taxation Law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. I am also a Certified Public Accountant, so I am thoroughly familiar with the accounting issues fundamental to the tax code, and how to explain these issues in a light most favorable to my clients. I have been in private practice since 1990, and have represented local, national, and international clients before the IRS, the California Franchise Tax Board, the California Board of Equalization, and other regulatory agencies, as well as state and federal courts.
Your Lawyer For Estates And Trusts And Real Estate Transactions
Having a valid estate plan is very important, but there is more to consider than just how to divide up your estate. Often, there are estate tax issues and property law to consider. Instead of going to two or three different attorneys' offices, let me personally represent you on all these matters. I have extensive experience in estate planning, probate and estate administration, and trusts. In addition, I am a licensed Real Estate Broker, and Notary Public, so I can handle related real property issues.
